Trust Improvement Model

As a Trust, we know that schools join us at different stages of their journey.  Our task is to meet them there and support them to move forward, with the ultimate aim of ensuring that all our schools provide an excellent education for all children.

Our Deputy CEO works with the Academy Improvement Team, alongside our Headteachers and Trust Lead Teachers to ensure we make the best provision possible for all our schools.  We have so many talented people.  The Academy Improvement Team is made up of three Regional Directors of Education, our Trust Inclusion Leader, and our Professional Learning and Improvement Leader.
