The Trustee role is immensely rewarding. Working together, the Board encourages and supports executive and school leaders, while holding them to account for the best possible experience and outcomes for all our children and staff.
Experience in business, communication, finance, health, human resources, premises/estates, and technology, are all of interest but not essential. We seek people who:
Trustees operate through Board and committee meetings, occasional school visits and regional governance ‘hub’ meetings; broadly 6 hours per month equivalent.
DSAT serves nearly 5,000 pupils, in 28 primary schools across the diocese, covering Dorset and Wiltshire. Through our values of love, hope and joy we aim to achieve our vision: ‘Beyond expectations for all of God’s children’.
We look forward to hearing from you. Please see the further information below or complete the Expression of Interest Form if you would like to have an initial conversation.
